Shipping & Return Policy

/01 Shipping

Since each item is made on order, we take the necessary time to craft it with the utmost care, so once your order is placed, we may need up to 14 working days (depending on the item and amount of orders) to produce your custom piece.

In case of make-to-stock products, all orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive an order confirmation email once you check out. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder if you can’t find it. After the order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will include your Tracking ID.

/02 Returns and Refunds

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.ecdisi@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you can proceed with the return. Please note that returns will be at your expenses, duty taxes included.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Via Fittavolo 4, 22042 San Fermo della Battaglia (CO), Italy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
